High speed USB 3.0 with 11.3mm active for measurement of CW and pulse laser systems. CMOS based cameras measure from 355nm to 1150nm and options provide wavelength measurement from 190nm to 1610nm. Large 4.2M pixel camera with 12 bit A/D. Optional stages are available in 50 and 200 mm for M2, divergence and focus measurements.
