New Back-Illuminated Syncerity VUV CCD Camera

Syncerity VUV features CCDs sensitive for far ultraviolet (FUV), with 58% Quantum Efficiency at 120nm without anti-reflective coating. Syncerity comes in standard format of 2048x70 pixels and optional formats of 2048x256, 2048x512 and 1024x128 pixels. Can be deep TE-cooled to -50oC (vacuum), or to -30oC with N2 purge, and offers low dark current and low noise. TE-cooled CCD vacuum camera includes a special VitonĀ©-sealed flange for compatibility with high vacuum chambers. CCDs can come with anti-reflective coating for 115nm to 200nm, or without anti-reflective coating for 135nm to 1100nm. It can also come with/without a magnesium fluoride (MgF2) window.
