New technology offering one CCD based camera system :a beam profiler system with a wide spectal range 190nm - 1600nm without distortion coatings. Main features include real time beam size and gausian fit, 2D/3D plots of the beam, video with playback, data export to another computer via RS232 or TCP/IP, data logging with statistics. The system has a USB2.0 interface, offers also a user friendly application software and a DLL package. Main applications include wide spectral range beam profiling, QC of lasers, multi wavelength laser alignment and a complete test stations for laer beam analysis.
