Micronor’s MR386 ZapFREE® Microswitch was purposely designed to meet the challenging requirements of MRI, medical and industrial applications. Engineers will appreciate the product’s interchangeability with the industry standard, V15-series electrical micro switch. The entirely non-electrical, totally-passive sensor provides EMI/RFI immunity, high voltage isolation, ATEX inherent safety, and operates interference-free over long distances. Two models are offered - Industrial and MRI Safe. INDUSTRIAL targets the most challenging environments with an extended temperature range of -40ºC to +80ºC. The non-metallic MR SAFE is magnetically invisible to the imaging process, can operate in the bore, and targets medical, laboratory and instrumentation applications.
