foXXus - family of patent pending design optics generating multiple focuses along optical axis. Intended for micromachining using USP-lasers, like cutting of glass or sapphire, and for sheet metal cutting, welding using multi-kW lasers. Due to refractive design: practically lossless re-distributing of laser energy in multiple foci, high resistance to ps and fs lasers and to multi-kW lasers, implementations for scanners, extending effective depth of field. The foXXus optics operates with both TEM00 and multimode lasers at various wavelengths; compact design and low sensitivity to misalignments allow quick, easy and simple integrating of foXXus in already existing equipment.
