Caspian M12 modules
Varioptic
The Caspian module Family integrates a fixed lens module and an Arctic variable focus liquid lens in an M12 receptacle (S-mount). The module is built-in with an FPC cable, and can be connected to a standard 1 mm pitch FPC connector. It can therefore be very easily integrated in a standard M12 sensor board. A variety of modules are available from Varioptic, from a focal length of 2.6mm (wide angle) to 15.8mm (narrow field of view). All modules are at least compatible with 1/3” sensors, and up to 1/1.8” sensors maximum.
